The pasteurizer is composed of four main parts: a sterilized milk tank, ingredient bucket, circulation system, and control system. It achieves the integration of pasteurization, sterilization, and preservation, and is practical for small milk factories and fresh milk bars.
The standard heating method for the fresh milk pasteurizer is electric heating, and hot water or steam heating can also be used, as the fresh milk pasteurization method involves low-temperature sterilization. The low temperature mentioned here is only relative to the high temperature and high pressure sterilization machine. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the sterilization temperature and speed can be set according to the process requirements.
